Terms of Use
The rules for authorized use of our internal company CRM.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Gopinathji Sales Sales Performance CRM ("the CRM"), authorized users agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the CRM.
2. Internal Company Use
The CRM is an internal business tool provided for the Company's own operations. It is not a public product or service.
3. Authorized Users
Access is limited to employees and users the Company has authorized. Accounts are provisioned and may be modified or revoked by the Company.
4. Employee Accounts
Each user is responsible for activity under their account and for keeping their profile information accurate.
5. Login Credentials
Users must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share accounts. Suspected compromise should be reported immediately.
6. Role-Based Access
Access to features and data is governed by each user's assigned role and permissions. Users must not attempt to access data or functions beyond their authorization.
7. CRM Usage Rules
The CRM must be used only for legitimate Company business, accurately and lawfully.
8. Customer/Lead Data Responsibility
Users must handle customer and lead data responsibly and in line with applicable Company policies and law, and only for authorized business purposes.
9. Meeting and Calendar Features
The CRM provides meeting scheduling and related features. Existing meeting types (such as Phone, Office Visit and Site Visit) function as provided.
10. Google Calendar / Google Meet Integration
The optional Google integration is per-employee and subject to Google's terms. Employees are responsible for their own connection and may disconnect at any time. Some Google Meet/calendar features are being implemented and may not yet be fully available.
11. Prohibited Use
Users must not misuse the CRM, including attempting to breach security, access unauthorized data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything other than authorized Company business.
12. Data and Security Responsibilities
Users must follow Company security practices, protect data they access, and not export or disclose data without authorization.
13. Third-party Services
The CRM may rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting, Google APIs). Their availability and terms are outside the Company's control.
14. Intellectual Property
The CRM and its content are the property of Gopinathji Sales or its licensors and may not be copied or reused except as authorized.
15. Service Availability
The CRM is provided on an "as available" basis. The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gopinathji Sales is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the CRM. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the updated date above indicates the latest version.
18. Termination / Access Removal
The Company may suspend or remove access at any time, including when employment or authorization ends or these Terms are breached.
