Privacy Policy
How our internal CRM and its optional Google integration handle information.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Gopinathji Sales ("we", "us", "the Company") handles information within our internal Sales Performance CRM ("the CRM"). It also explains how our optional Google account integration accesses and uses Google user data. This is an internal company system, not a public sign-up service.
2. Who Can Use the CRM
The CRM is used only by authorized company employees and users — such as Directors, Managers and Sales staff — who have been granted an account. It is not open to public registration.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate the CRM, including account details, business records entered by users (leads, customers, meetings, orders), and, where an employee chooses to connect Google, limited Google account information described below.
4. Employee Account Information
For each authorized user we may hold a name, email address, role/permissions, and profile details required to provide access. Authentication is handled by the platform's standard secure login.
5. CRM Data
Business data entered into the CRM — such as lead, customer, meeting, order, target and performance records — is stored to provide the service and is visible only to authorized users according to their role and permissions.
6. Google Account / Google Calendar Integration
Connecting Google is optional and per-employee. Each employee connects their OWN Google account separately; one employee's Google connection is never shared with, or accessible to, another employee. The integration is being rolled out — some calendar/Meet features may not yet be fully live.
7. Google User Data Access
When an employee connects Google, we request the minimum scopes needed: the employee's Google email address (to identify the connected account) and calendar events access (to manage CRM meeting events, including Google Meet where selected). We do not request access we do not need.
8. How Google Data Is Used
Google data is used solely to provide CRM calendar/meeting functionality for that employee. Specifically:
- Google user data is NOT sold.
- Google user data is NOT used for advertising.
- Google Calendar data is NOT used for any unrelated purpose.
- Google Calendar data is NOT shared with unrelated third parties.
9. Google Calendar Events
Where the integration is enabled, CRM meeting events may be created, updated, rescheduled or deleted in the connected employee's Google Calendar so their calendar reflects their CRM meetings. This applies only to the connected employee's own calendar.
10. Google Meet Integration
When a meeting is set to Google Meet, a Google Meet link may be generated for that CRM meeting through the integration. (Note: automatic Meet generation and full calendar sync are being implemented and may not yet be fully available.)
11. Data Storage and Security
CRM data is stored within our systems. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely in encrypted form on the server and are never exposed to the browser, to other employees, or in logs. See our Security page for more.
12. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or Google data. CRM data is accessible only to authorized users based on role. Google data is not shared with unrelated third parties.
13. Third-party Services
The CRM relies on standard hosting/platform services and, where enabled, Google APIs. These are used only to provide the service. Your use of Google is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.
14. OAuth Authorization
Google access is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow. Employees never enter their Google password into the CRM; authorization happens on Google's own screens, and can be revoked at any time.
15. Employee Controls
Employees control their own Google connection from their profile — they can connect, turn calendar sync on or off, and disconnect at any time.
16. Disconnecting Google Calendar
When an employee disconnects, the CRM stops using that employee's Google authorization and handles the stored tokens according to our retention/deletion practices (including attempting to revoke the token with Google).
17. Data Retention
We retain CRM and account data for as long as needed to operate the CRM and meet legitimate business or legal requirements. Specific retention periods can be provided by Gopinathji Sales on request.
18. Data Deletion
Requests relating to deletion of account data or disconnection of Google data can be directed to Gopinathji Sales at mitesh@rahuulbagiyaa.co.in.
19. Cookies
The CRM uses essential cookies for authentication/session and may store user interface preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details.
20. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
